Finally!! After a very long three-day cross-country (and cross-border??) drive, we have finally made it to our new apartment!
Then another long couple of days later, we finally got our router mailed in, with some yummy yummy fiber lines to hook it up to. I am one happy camper.
Honestly, I've been chomping at the bit to keep working on and updating the site, with things like the shrines and the gallery still looking a little more bare than I would really like for them to. But, woe, CINNANA's work ethic comes in short bursts. Who knew not being allowed to work would make me want to work? What in the reverse psychology?
Jokes aside, our new apartment is HUGE, like three bedrooms huge. Super vaulted ceilings, gorgeous appliances, electric smart home for doors, AC, lights, everything!!
Now I just need to get something more than an air mattress and a 10 dollar Ikea desk to fill it out. (LOL) The empty echoing space is going to drive me crazy. My husband (shoutout MrBleeple!!! <33) gave me the go ahead to treat the “guest bedroom” as my “autism central” space. So I'm picturing pinks, reds, earthy browns, golds, whites... very Valentine's themed. Trick out my gaming space, treat the room for audio recording. Queen mattress, one thousand stuffed animals, physical shrines to Mac and Em (finally), posters, tapestries, piles of comforters and throw rugs. Cabinets filled with books, stands, figures and dolls. BISEXUAL LIGHTING!!! My Autism senses are tingling, I'm so excited to go way overboard on this project.
The walk-in closet in the guest bedroom comes with this perfect set of built-in shelves to house my designer purse collection too—it's literally perfect.
All that's missing is a little bit of time and love to get this filled out <3
